Pricing Questions, Answered

Yes — all three tiers require a minimum of 5 users. This ensures we can properly manage your environment and deliver the response times we promise. If you have fewer than 5 employees, reach out anyway — we may be able to accommodate you.
Our standard agreements are 12 months, which gives you the lowest per-user rate and lets us invest in your environment properly. Month-to-month agreements are available at a 15% premium. We don't lock you in — we earn your business every month.
There's a one-time onboarding fee that varies based on the size and complexity of your environment. This covers our initial audit, documentation, device enrollment, and security baseline setup. We'll give you a firm quote — including the onboarding fee — before you sign anything.
Out-of-scope work includes major projects (server migrations, new office buildouts, line-of-business application support), hardware repair, and anything requiring physical parts. Out-of-scope work is quoted separately with a written estimate before we start — you'll never get a surprise invoice. We'll always tell you upfront if something falls outside your agreement.
After-hours emergency support is included in the ADVANCED plan. PROFESSIONAL clients can add it as an optional upgrade. FOUNDATION clients can reach us on an on-call basis for genuine emergencies. Contact us and we'll explain the options and include the add-on pricing in your quote.
